Terms of Service

My work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY!Meaning, you cannot use your commission for profit. (ex: selling t-shirts, stickers, prints etc. This includes minting my work for NFTs.)You can use your commission for: icons and display pictures on social media, youtube thumbnails or headers, graphics for your stream, etc.

Payments

I use Paypal for payments! I can also offer Venmo or Ko-Fi as an option.------Payments must be paid in at least 24-48 hours. If you fail to get the payment in by 48 hours your slot will be canceled and given to someone else! (Does not apply if you have a hold!)If you are claiming a spot and need a hold, PLEASE tell me! If you claim and don't pay within the time given I will reopen that slot for someone else to claim!

Process & edits

I will be providing you WIPs throughout the commission.Please, do not constantly ask me about updates. Once I get to your commission, I will send you the WIPs.When a commission is finished you're not allowed to edit them! If there's an issue please let me know and I'll fix it for you.
(It'll be quicker since I have the original file!)Remember, I too need to take breaks! It may take longer to finish your commission than projected! I've had wrist pains before and would like to keep myself injury-free!

Refunding

Refunds are case by case. . .If you want a refund before the sketch is sent that is okay with me.If the sketch was already sent it will be half of the refund. Not full.If I feel you are being difficult to work with or aggressive with me, I have the right to fully refund you.If I have any personal reason to cancel your commission (emergencies), you will be fully refunded.
